The purpose of the Zoning Administrator is to review land parcels for compliance with the Village Zoning Ordinances, provide information to the Planning and Zoning Commission on zoning changes and conditional use permits as it applies to Village Ordinances, and review all new subdivisions and site plans for compliance.
The Building Inspector is responsible for all inspections of both residential and commercial building for compliance with all of the State and local building codes and Village zoning codes, and is required to maintain the necessary credentials required of all certified building inspectors in the State of Wisconsin.
