SNOW PLOWING RULES |
When plowing snow, keep in mind that you cannot push snow on or across a roadway according to Wisconsin Statute 346.94(5). "Placing injurious substance on highway. No person shall place or cause to be placed upon a highway (roadway) any foreign substance which is or may be injurious to any vehicle or part thereof."
This includes pushing snow from your driveway across the road into the ditch. Citations will be issued for each instance. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Village Office at 869-1011. |
